Our Story

After over 30 years in retail and raising three wonderful boys, I retired from furniture sales in 2020 but my love for cooking never slowed down. In 2022, I married my best friend, whom I first met back in 1991. Between my three boys and his three girls, our families blended beautifully and even though they’re all grown, I still cook like we have a full house. Extra portions often get boxed up for the kids (who will always be kids to me) or shared with our neighbors.

In 2021, I suggested setting up a food truck pod on our store’s property. At the time, permits weren’t allowed but now they are, and the timing was perfect. That’s how our potato & BBQ food truck was born. What started as an idea quickly became reality faster than we ever imagined.
